MEDx Frequently Asked Questions - DICOM
Q: I directly moved/copied some DICOM images into a location under the
DICOM Manager directory. When I then pressed the update button, my images
were not listed in the browser.
This might be due to these being unsupported objects in MEDx
If an image is not one of the kinds of DICOM objects supported by MEDx,
the update does not take it into account and therefore will not list it
in the browser. Please also see this faq
for information on the DICOM objects supported by MEDx.
If you believe your images are supported by MEDx but simply are not being
listed in the browser, please contact
