Q: How would I create a custom made volume of interest?
Using the Pencil tool, draw graphics on the areas of interest
on the various slices. You could then simultaneously select them using
the shift key.
After this, go to:
Graphics --> Grouping --> Derive 3D Contour
This will create a contour (volume) of the graphics you have selected.
You can then perform measurements on the same using the measurements
module of the Toolbox.
