Q: How do I get a listing of the intensity values for the volume?
You will need to run the script called GetVoxel.tcl which is provided
below. This script will ask you for image dimensions, beginning slice
number, end slice number and a threshold value. Specifying the same will
extract all voxels co-ordinates with a value greater than the threshold
you specified in the slice range you specify. These co-ordinates will
be written to a text file called voxels.txt in /tmp.
