Q: How do I read BRIK files into MEDx?

You will need to download the script that is provided at the bottom. This Script will open BRIK images as a group of volumes. You will need to place each of your files in a different directory.

Running this script will bring up a widget asking you to specify the path to the directory. Right now this will come up by default to a directory that has been hardcoded into the script. You need to modify this to show you the path to the file. You could modify the script too to come up with a path you would prefer.

Clicking on OK will bring up another widget that will ask you for the various image parameters. Specify the various parameters and click on OK. This will open all your images individually and put them all onto a group page.
