MEDx Frequently Asked Questions - Input/OutputQ: How do I read Toshiba files into MEDx ?You will need to initially open your data into MEDx as Raw Generic. Observe that the entire data set is opened as one big volume. While viewing this page you will need to run the ReadToshiba.tcl script that is provided below. You will run this script by going to File -> ImageScript Execution, selecting the script and then clicking on Ok. Running the script will pop up a widget asking for number of frames, number of slices per frame and the voxel dimensions of the image. The script then proceeds to extract the slices from the image being viewed and creates a group of volumes on a page called Volume_Group. You will now be able to use the data for analysis. You can also save out this group page as 4D AVW by going to Image -> Save GroupAs and selecting AVW as the file format.
