Q: How do I read SDT data?

Run the script called ReadSDT.tcl in $PXHOME/tcl.

This will bring up a widget asking you for the directory where the data resides.

The sdt header does not have a field for Bits per Pixel. Therefore we have provided a field wherein you will need to specify the bits per pixel. By default this
will come up as 32.

This reader is also presently set up only for real data. The script can be modified when required. The script also assumes that the FOV is in "cm".
