Q:How do I find my license number (MX number)?

Type in the following command in a UNIX terminal:

% more $PXHOME/lib/MEDx.lic

The Licensee field should indicate your license number.

Note: PXHOME indicates the path to the installation directory of MEDx i.e. if MEDx is installed in /usr/medx then PXHOME is /usr/medx.
